INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be notified in writing (by mail, fax or by e-mail) to the Organising Secretariat and are subject to the following conditions:
• For cancellations received up to July 15, 2022, an administrative fee of 25% will be withheld.
• For cancellations received from July 16, 2022, no refunds will be issued.
All registered participants who did not notify cancellation to the Organising Secretariat in writing before the event will be liable to pay for the full registration fees.

A customised invitation letter for visa purposes is only available for participants with a confirmed and fully paid registration. It should be asked during the online registration process. The letter is intended to help participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa but does not imply ICAM 2022 will provide financial support.
In case of a visa request rejection, the Conference organisers will refund the full registration fee only upon receipt of the official refusal document from the Embassy. Please visit the website of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs for further information concerning the documents required to obtain a visa.
We urge all participants to keep in mind that a visa application may take some time to be processed and should, therefore, be initiated early enough to ensure it is granted before the Conference begins. We encourage you to also check with your local Embassy regarding necessary documents, as this may differ even between individuals from the same country.

ICAM 2022 organising associations and Expoforfuture do not bear any responsibility in case of an accident caused to a participant or accompanying person during or following the event or during any event organised in conjunction with the event.
