Abstract content*

The abstract content must be submitted in English for all presentations. 
Abstracts reporting ORIGINAL STUDIES should be structured to include an INTRODUCTION, METHODS, RESULTS and DISCUSSION sections.
 
Other abstracts (EDUCATION type) should deviate from this format : 
- For clinical presentations and case histories, the abstract structure should include : INTRODUCTION, BACKGROUND, CASE PRESENTATION and DISCUSSION.
 
- For Program/Process review (abstract describing a new Service thrust, e.g., identifying capability gaps, or reviews of critical areas, e.g., safety. It may be a description of a program or process that is used to solve a problem or accomplish a task), the abstract structure should include : BACKGROUND, OVERVIEW and DISCUSSION.
 
- For Tutorial (abstract describing a new tools, models, techniques, methodologies pertinent to civilian and military aerospace medicine and human performance), the abstract structure should include : INTRODUCTION, TOPIC, APPLICATION and RESOURCES. 
The total number of words in an abstract shall not exceed 300. The online abstract submission form will permit a few more than 300 words to be entered, to allow for formulas and special formatting.
